Youth “Give Thanks” Dinner

The youth of St. John would like to thank the congregation for their support by hosting a dinner at 11:30 a.m. on November 12th. The menu will be pork loin, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, dinner rolls & dessert.

“Up With Puppets”

“Up with Puppets” ministry will be at our 1st and 2nd services on Sunday, November 13th.  ‘Up with Puppets” is a Christian-based puppet group at First United Methodist Church in Ames, Iowa.  Their puppeteers range in age from 7th grade through college.  They love to travel to other churches and organizations to help spread the Word…

Fall Festival – Stewardship board

On Reformation Sunday, October 29th, the Stewardship board is planning a Fall Festival. They are planning a simple meal, music for entertainment, and some activities for the children. They are also planning to hold a Silent Auction. Auction items are donated by the congregation and will be either hand made goods, food items or services….

On October 23rd at both services St. John will welcome Martin Luther and his wife Katy! Martin will speak about the Reformation and Katy will speak about her marriage. Please plan to attend and welcome our special guests!

Carol Choir
